Venetsanos winery is located right above the port of Athinios, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. The Venetsanos family has a very long tradition in producing wine. Originally was produced for the island and subsequently it was exported extensively, and particularly to countries such as Russia. It was built in 1947 by Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island.

The canavas Roussos, the oldest CANAVA Santorini, founded in 1836, aiming to produce high quality wines that express a unique way the characters of numerous varieties of Theran vine. Decades of experience is transferred from generation to generation, to be expressed with consistency, continuity and absolute respect for the art of winemaking their island.

Skala Restaurant is located in one of the beautiful Old captain's houses in Oia. With a front 3 level courtyard and rooftop terrace overlooking baxzedes and neighbouring islands. Guests who choose to sit on the seaward side of Skala can have a fabulous view of the caldera of Santorini.

Selene restaurant was established in 1986 in Fira, Santorini by Yiorgos and Evelyn Hatziyannakis. Since 2010 Selene restaurant is located in Pyrgos, one of the most beautiful and well-preserved villages of Santorini, built around a medieval castle located in one of the highest points of the island offering magnificent views.

From the very start our aim was to use and promote the local products along with the local cuisine.

Since 2008 "Selene" restaurant has the exclusive use of PM Nomikos Conference Centre for wedding dinner and parties.

The Conference Centre is located in a magnificent spot of Pyrgos. We cater in a variety of places in Santorini like wineries, the old tomato factory etc. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

We opened in July of 2015, aiming to create a new cultural and gastronomical destination on the island of Santorini.

Our goal is to perfectly pair the unique wines of Santorini vineyards with the best cuisine of the Cyclades and Greece.

We have refurbished an old Captain’s house and its wine cellar, filling them with every variety of wine being bottled on Santorini. We offer the famous cheese of the Cyclades, cold meat from every corner of Greece and traditionally smoked and marinated fish that are the signature of the Aegean sea.

Dionysos in Atlantis is at the crossroads, where the nature of Santorini, the air of the Aegean, the flavor and aroma of the Mediterranean cuisine, and the excellent wine, meet the Greek sun.

Our Chef Mr. Aggelopoulos Kostadinos, along with fully trained team, has generated a menu that he personally characterizes as “Santorinian Creative Cuisine” which is based on classic Greek dishes embellished with the most beloved and rare Mediterranean elements in a modern cooked and served way.
