Our cuisine is based solely on our traditional Greek cuisine and dishes are more hip to the local Santorinian cuisine. The raw materials we use to produce in bulk as vegetables meat and our hunt.

Wine Restaurant Sphinx is located in Oia, Santorini, at an 1800's preserved captain house, protected by the Ministry of Culture.

Chef and owner George Psychas has always been inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine. Through years though, he focused onto Greek cuisine, paying extra attention on products of Santorini and Aegean islands.

La Ponta, a 13th century tower, is located within the Venetian castle (Kasteli) of Akrotiri, 1km above the pre-historic archaeological site of Akrotiri, Santorini. The tower hosts atsabouna - Greek folk wind instrument of the bagpipe family - exhibition and workshop along with traditional Greek percussion and flutes.

Daily guided tours explore the history of the tower, the origin of the tsabouna and offer a live presentation of the instruments.

CULTURAL CENTRE
The Gyzi Megaron Cultural Centre was founded towards the end of the 70s with the initiative, the financial support and contribution from the Catholic Diocese of Thira, which in this way wished to continue a cultural tradition going back many centuries by the Catholic community of the Cycladic area. For this reason the Catholic Diocese restored, maintained and granted the Cultural Centre to Gyzi Megaron one of the few remaining historical mansions dating back to the 18th century which belonged to the Venetian family Gyzi.

The Maritime Museum Thera is a labor of love from mariners who served the sea with great fidelity for many years. The Museum’s treasures are rare representative samples of a rich maritime tradition, as most of them are relics found in the mansions of ancient Santorini sea captains.

Through the preservation of historical memory and the marks left on people and places in time unfolds, the Art Space aims to serve the Art of History. The area, potismenos with aromas of wine, tsikoudia of tomato and sweet-smelling that nest in the porous walls of Aspa and processed volcanic rocks. The tower Kallisto is saved by a five Kastellia Santorini, founded the Venetian. The Mediterranean Dive Club started operating in Santorini summer of 1998 as a fully organized diving center and we are proud to state one of the most up to date in the Cyclades islands.

Located on Perissa beach, with the harbour and the dive sites just around the corner, we will be glad to take you out with our speed boat diving, snorkling or taking a PADI course.
