Villa Ioulia was built in 1880 by Mikhail Zannos, a seaman from Oddessa, as dowry to his daughter Evangelia who married Mihalis Mavromatis. As tradition calls, the house passed from Evangelia and Mihalis to their first daughter Ioulia who married Mihalis Laggadas, a doctor and a loving father of four children.
