The summer-inspired decor in the earth tones of Santorini with sea life details creates the perfect setting for a delicious lunch or dinner by the sea. In the calm and beautiful environment of the restaurant Yalos you will taste authentic Santorinian dishes, fresh fish and many appetizers.

A traditional boat has been restored and transformed into a comfortable sofa with pillows in soft colors, creating a beautiful, relaxing shaded corner. The soft tones of colors, the island and sea details add to the soothing setting of Yalos restaurant, with the calming sea view always beside you.

Our menu focuses on the authentic flavors of Santorini. All our delicious dishes are made with passion and love: seafood, crispy salads, mouthwatering appetizers, local main courses and fresh fish complement the menu of Yalos restaurant at the beach of Exo Gialos in Fira! All raw ingredients used in preparing our dishes are produced by the Anapliotis family and arrive at the restaurant daily: fava beans, cherry tomatoes, eggplants, local cheese and a range of other products, which are grown exclusively on the island. Also, freshly caught fish from the Aegean sea is delivered to the restaurant daily by the local fishermen themselves.
